Processing Time & Shipping Cost

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Order Handling Time: 0-1 days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 5-7 days (Monday - Friday)

Delivery time: 5 - 8 days (Monday - Friday)

We provide Free Shipping all over United States.

During peak seasons or times of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any delays directly.

Note: Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status and delivery date of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery. Karlaux is not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or building management to confirm it wasn’t delivered to a nearby location. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@karlaux.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order is already in transit, the customer is responsible for any additional fees to re-ship the package to the correct address.
